Nathan Bird is the first to return to his Kentucky hometown for the Bird family reunion, where he must attend to his frustrating but charming family while hiding his queerness. Blending traditional theatre, audience participation, and puppetry, Early Bird reminds us that despite our differences, all people are intrinsically good.

Artist Bio
Jack Fogle is a Palestinian American Playwright from rural Kentucky with past Cincinnati Fringe Credits as 2025’s Camp Loretto, and 2024’s Audience Pick of the Fringe, Strong Bear. Part of the River Rat Puppet Collective, Jack hopes to create theatre experiences that explore the boundary between performer and audience while injecting whimsy and heart for those in attendance. Jack is harkening back to his Kentucky roots with this production, inspired by his own family.
