After messing with Demeter’s forest, Erys faces the cursed consequences.
Adapted from the Greek myth of Erysichthon of Thessaly, ERYS SICHTHON follows the cursed consequences of a greedy, corrupt businessman (Erys) cutting down a tree belonging to Demeter, an herbalist shop owner. What Erys doesn’t realize is that Demeter would do anything for the spirits of the forest.

Artist Bio
Based just outside of Cincinnati and studying playwriting in Athens, Angelina “Lina” Keys is so proud to bring ERYS SICHTHON to Cincy Fringe’s Primary Lineup. Her theater journey started as an actor, performing in various productions throughout high school and attending Butler Tech School of the Arts, even performing for a short stint at Kings Island. Nowadays, though, their focus is at the writing desk, working toward a BFA in playwriting at Ohio University.
