Artist Bio

Esther Made Me Do It marks Nell Adkins and Elizabeth Sacktor’s first time as creative and producing partners — though these two loud mouths have been doing bits together for years at Smith College, where they met. With Esther Made Me Do It, Adkins, a production coordinator within Lexington, Kentucky’s burgeoning film industry and Sacktor, an emerging museums professional, aim to draw you into a frightening, yet delightful amalgamation of their very Jewish, theatre-obsessed adolescence.
