Far Away From Home: The Travel Plays
Madeline Mitchell
Cincinnati, OH
Several short plays take an audience around the world.
These plays, together, tackle the theme of travel and the human desire to go out and explore what we don’t already know: from a child’s dreams of visiting Cinderella’s castle at Disney World, to honeymooners in Italy, to a widow hiking the Great Wall of China.
