Street Performance

This year, Cincy Fringe is teaming up with Art on the Streets to bring performances out of the venues and onto the streets of Over-the-Rhine and Downtown Cincinnati!

If you're a performer interested in participating, please review the Art on the Streets info packet if you have not already done so; specifically, the Tips for Artists in Public Places in Cincinnati section at the end.

All read up? Great! There are two ways to be involved:

1. Open Busking
JUST GO DO YOUR THING! In keeping with Art on the Streets' mission of accustoming performers and patrons to the vibrancy street performance brings to communities, we encourage you to go perform whenever and wherever you'd like.

But, if you're specifically interested in helping us make OTR a more vibrant place during the Festival, download our Open Busking Tips and Suggestions document via the link below to check out the details Art on the Streets and Fringe want you to know.

2. Scheduled Performances
Along with offering a handful of specific times and places we'd love to have performers present, we're also dedicating a block of time on Saturday, June 3rd to a free, Family Friendly event that we'd love to have performers for.

A couple things to note here:

-Scheduled performances will be curated to best ensure variety between locations and times, so you'll be selecting multiple slots as your preferred times/locations and contacted to confirm scheduling.

-Each 90 minute slot filled by a performer earns them a free ticket to a Fringe performance and a drink ticket to the bar at Fringe HQ (Know Theatre).
