In the near future, queer gangs survive under tyrannical rule.
Under martial law, queer people are required to register under the QRA. Those who escaped went underground, forming factions to survive. Archie, a straight man working as a low level employee at the QRA, stumbles into their world and becomes infatuated with a transgender dancer and her gang of rebels.
